The Priory Shopping Centre Easter Egg Hunt Competition 2026 - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Easter Egg Hunt competition run by The Priory Shopping Centre.

All participants in our Easter Egg Hunt competition (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for entry

· The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:

· Any employees (and their family members) of The Priory Shopping Centre, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;

· Employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at The Priory Shopping Centre, and

· Anyone else professionally associated with The Priory Shopping Centre or this promotion.

2. How to enter

· To be eligible for the Easter Egg Hunt competition, the participant must post the completed entry form in the post box located on Level 1 by the Customer Liaison desk before Sunday 19th April 2026 at 4pm.

· No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draws.

· Each participant will only have one entry into the free prize draw.

· The Priory Shopping Centre has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

· Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.

3. The prize

· There will be 1 prize draw for the Easter Egg Hunt competition.

· A Easter Hamper.

· There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.

· The Priory Shopping Centre retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.

4. Selection of the winner and collecting prizes

· There will be one winner and one prize.

· The Easter Egg Hunt competition will close at 4:00 pm on 19/04/2026.

· The entry forms with the correct Easter words written will be shortlisted, the winner will then be chosen at random and notified using the contact details provided on the entry form on the 20/04/2026.

· In the event that The Priory Shopping Centre (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner, then The Priory Shopping Centre reserves the right to draw another winner. If a winner is unable to collect within 7 days of being contacted, please notify us immediately so that another winner can be chosen.

· The winner shall be required to collect the prize in person from The Management Suite, Level 1 at The Priory Shopping Centre within 7 days of being contacted. He or she will be required to present valid photo ID to staff at The Priory Shopping Centre to verify his or her identity. The Priory Shopping Centre shall provide more specific information about the pick-up location when it sends notification of the win.

 · The name of the winner may be published on the website and The Priory Shopping Centre social media channels.

· The Priory Shopping Centre’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

· Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.

· The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

· The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

· Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

· This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.

5. Use of data

· By entering the competition, the participant confirms that The Priory Shopping Centre may use information provided during competition entry to store customer data, and contact the participant by social media, email or SMS about The Priory Shopping Centre and other new developments, services, offers, news, events and any other information we consider may be of interest to the participant.

· The Priory Shopping Centre may also pass on the information to companies within its group of companies so they can contact participants by social media, email or SMS with details of developments and/or activities which may interest the participant.

· The Priory Shopping Centre shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions.
